Summer Kick-off Jamboree 2025 Volunteer Sign-Up
We need volunteers!
We will need 20-25 volunteers to join the Jamboree Committee to hold our Kickoff Jamboree from June 20-21st.
If we do not get enough volunteers, we will not hold a Kick-off Jamboree.
How long is the jamboree?
Friday, June 20th approx 5pm to 9pm - U7s will play
Saturday, June 21st approx 8am to 5pm - U9 and U11s will play
We will need some volunteers for the entire event, but some will only be required for certain portions. See the list below for an idea of what to expect!
Volunteer roles?
- Jamboree Lead
- Be available both days, oversee the event and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Volunteer Lead
- Be available both days, make sure there are enough volunteers to cover everything and everyone knows what to do
- U7 Lead
- Be available on Friday and ensure the coaches and teams know where to go, answer questions.
- U9 Lead
- Be available on Saturday and ensure the coaches and teams know where to go, answer questions.
- U11 Lead
- Be available on Saturday and ensure the coaches and teams know where to go, answer questions.
- BBQ Lead
- Ensure food is organized in advance, BBQs are available and set up in advance, and work with BBQ Volunteers to ensure there are sufficient people to run the BBQ on the day of for both Friday and Saturday.
- BBQ Helpers
- Cook food, hand out food and drinks
- Set up Helpers
- Come in advance, help set up the fields and BBQ area, ensure we are set up for success
- Tear down Helpers
- Stay at the end, help tear everything down and put things away
